My Approach

Rachael is renowned for her Unique Coaching Style.

You won’t often find me using cardio machines or weight machines.
Exercise should be FUN! This is the key to sustainability.

All my sessions are highly creative and will ensure that you work through different heart rate ranges and move through different motions and ranges of movement using a variety of techniques.

I will maximise the recruitment of muscles in any given movement and I guarantee that you will use muscles in a way you never have before. Most of all, you will LAUGH, SMILE and feel ENERGISED!

I believe that my Major Definite Purpose in life is to see the potential in every person I meet and to inspire that person to make the necessary steps towards achieving their full potential.

Optimal health is attained through an alignment of the mind and body. All too often these two are out of balance preventing us from maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  

We utilise so little of the full capacity of the human mind, that each and every one of us has huge amounts of untapped potential. I strongly believe that each of us has the inner resources to achieve our dreams.
